Easy steps to Return or Exchange:

Step 1: Apply for a return/exchange.
Step 2: Ensure that you have met all return request criteria and upload all necessary documents and pictures.
Step 3: Upon confirmation, ship the product back to us.
Pack the product in original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure it will arrive undamaged. This is the customer's responsibility.
Once the products are received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund. We will process the refund within 5 business days.
Cancellation:
Customer can only request an order cancellation before the package shipped. Once the item is shipped, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Please note that a 5% processing fee for order cancellation will be charged if the items have not shipped.

Refund:
1.For non-defective products/no-longer needed products
(1)Unopened & Unused Merchandise: Unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. An up to 10% restocking fee will be applied for all unopened merchandise upon successful return..
(2)Opened Merchandise: Opened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery, and must have less than 3km of usage recorded by the device. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return.
2.For defective products
(1)Within 14 days: All fees and charges were covered for return/exchange/repair.
(2)Over 14 days: Return not acceptable. If the issues are non-fixable, we'll offer free repair services if it's verified as a quality issue by our inspection department.

To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please email us at support@sparkscoot.de stating your reason for return and attach images/video of the product, provide your order number. Once your request is approved. you can return the item to our Spain warehouse and may request the tracking numbers of your item(s).


Note:
1.Customer should keep the box all the time or provide a similar box.

2.The customer provides the wrong delivery address or The customer refuses to accept the package due to non-quality issues or does not want the package, extra €60-70 will be charged for the cost of shipping.

3.We can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

4.The buyer is responsible for the loss of the package due to the buyer's inaccurate address, wrong zip code or rejection.
